What if my video fails to generate?

What photos can I upload?
Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MB showing one pet. Use a photo you own or have permission to use and confirm that permission before checkout. Photos of people, private documents and images you are not entitled to use are not accepted.
Where do I find and download my video?
Sign in with the same Google account and open My clips on this page. Once your video is ready, you can play it and download the MP4. The expiry date appears beside the video. Download it within 30 days if you want to keep or share it.
Are my photos and videos private?
Your saved video is accessible through your signed-in account for 30 days, then expires and is automatically deleted. We remove our copy of your input photo after a successful video is saved, or after seven days. You can also remove a stored input from My clips. To generate your video, OpenRouter and the selected AI provider process your photo and instructions under their own retention policies. Our privacy notice explains how this works.
