Terms of service

Hit the Road Dude AI creates fictional meme videos from a pet photo you provide. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Photos and permission

You must be an adult and have the necessary rights and permission to use the image and create the resulting video. Submit a clear photo of one pet. Do not upload people, private documents or images you are not entitled to use. Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, misleading impersonation, illegal content or to present a fictional clip as a real event.

Your purchase

The fixed price is $9.90 USD including applicable tax for one successfully generated 15-second, 720p, 9:16 video with AI-generated English dialogue. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. A payment is confirmed only when the service records the completed transaction. One paid order is associated with one successful video.

Generation and retries

AI creates the scene, appearance, motion and audio. Results can vary in resemblance, wording and timing. A confirmed generation failure lets you retry using the same purchase. While a video is processing or being checked, wait for its status to update before starting another attempt. Checking progress does not create a new generation. Refunds are handled on request after review of the payment and video delivery record.

Access and expiry

Your saved video is private to your account and can be viewed and downloaded for 30 days after it is saved. Download the MP4 before its displayed expiry if you want to keep it. Expiry does not include another video generation. We retain order records needed for account history, payment reconciliation and legal obligations.

Sharing your result

Use the result only where you have the relevant rights and clearly identify AI-made content when needed to avoid misleading others. This independent service does not claim affiliation with the original meme creators or any person depicted in existing clips. You remain responsible for how you publish or share your video.

Service availability

Creation can take time and may be interrupted by service availability or content checks. The account status records whether your purchase is pending, processing, ready, failed or expired. Where a mandatory consumer right applies, it is not excluded by these terms.
